Dear Parents and Carers,

It will be immediately apparent when you return to school next week that work on our new school is well underway.  Demolition works have started at the front of the site and trees have been removed (in accordance with planning permission) to enable the building works to move ahead.

More temporary classrooms are now in position and we hope to take possession of them within the next couple of weeks.  This will provide classrooms for Year 1 (Amber and Tangerine) on the ground floor and for Year 4 (Blue) on the first floor, we will be calling this block ‘The Mayflower Building’.  In the meantime Amber Class will be working in the library and Blue Class will be working in the old Violet Classroom near the pitch.

In the meantime, if you have any further queries then please contact either the school or the Southwark Project Manager via email
