A passion for working with children and the ability to maintain a fun, happy and secure environment is essential.

This is a fixed term post for a year due to a budgetary and staffing review.
- Have an interest in the needs of children.
- Be able to lead a variety of activities including arts and crafts as well as indoor and outdoor games
- Be proactive and flexible.
- Use their own initiative to differentiate activities ensuring full inclusion for all abilities and ages.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues.
- Administering first aid where necessary.
- Developing and maintaining good communication with all members of the community including parents/carers, children, Extended Services Manager, Headteacher and other organisations.
- Work within the framework of Albion Primary School’s policy and procedures and the Early Years Foundation Stage.
