Yellow fruits and vegetables contain vitamin C which our bodies need to stay healthy. When we don’t get enough vitamin C we can get sick, our wounds take longer to heal, and our gums may become weak and we risk losing our teeth. Vitamin C is also in lots of other fruits and vegetables which is why we always include them in our meals. Make sure you keep your body healthy by eating yellow fruits and vegetables such as yellow pepper, yellow tomatoes, pineapple or yellow kiwi!
