A huge thank you to every parent and carer who joined us this morning for our EYFS Stay & Play and KS1 & KS2 Drop-in sessions. The energy, enthusiasm, and pride you brought truly made this one to remember; and what a perfect note to end the academic year on!

Seeing so many happy faces as you celebrated your children's hard work was genuinely heartwarming. The dedication of our teachers and support staff shone through in every display, piece of work, and moment shared, and your enthusiasm made it all the more special.

This is our final drop-in session of the 2025–26 academic year. But it's certainly not goodbye! We are very much looking forward to welcoming you back for more sessions in the new academic year, and can't wait to see you all again.

Thank you once again for being such a vital part of our school community. Have a wonderful summer - we'll see you in the new academic year!

About Parent Drop-in

Our drop-in sessions are at the heart of the partnership between home and school. They give parents and carers the chance to browse their child's work, chat informally with staff, and get a real feel for the routines and approaches used in the classroom. From phonics to maths methods and beyond.

These sessions support our school community in four key ways:

See your child's work, explore the curriculum, and observe the teaching methods bringing it to life every day.

Connect with other families, share experiences, and find support for your child's emotional and academic development.

Building trust
Strengthen the bonds between families and staff in a warm, inclusive environment where every voice is welcome.

Early intervention
A relaxed, open space to raise questions about attendance, behaviour, or progress — before small concerns become bigger ones.
