Thursday 10th April 2025
The fourth day of the Easter Holiday Scheme was filled with activity and creativity as children engaged with a variety of spring-inspired adventures. The day kicked off with energy and excitement as children navigated through a premade obstacle sports course, developing their coordination and physical skills while having tremendous fun with their peers.
Arts and crafts were a central focus of the day, with children creating beautiful 3D flower cards for Easter. The intricate designs showcased their artistic abilities and attention to detail. They also put the finishing touches on their pebble painting projects from the previous day, transforming simple stones into colorful spring-themed decorations.
The creative activities continued with children making adorable bunny rabbit portraits of themselves, combining self-expression with Easter themes. Delicate butterfly bracelets were another highlight of the crafting session, allowing children to create wearable art to take home. Additionally, they constructed rabbit portrait frames, perfect for displaying special spring memories.
The day took an educational turn as the children participated in gardening activities, watering flowers and plants while learning about nature and growth during the spring season. This hands-on experience connected them with the environment and taught valuable lessons about plant care.
Throughout the day, the Holiday Scheme continued to provide a perfect balance of physical activity, artistic expression, and educational experiences, ensuring every child enjoyed another memorable day of Easter holiday fun.
