The fifth and final day of the Easter Holiday Scheme brought the programme to a memorable close with a perfect blend of creativity, excitement, and celebration.

The morning began with children finishing any incomplete projects from previous days, ensuring everyone had the opportunity to take home their full collection of Easter and spring-themed creations. This thoughtful approach allowed children to complete their masterpieces without feeling rushed.

Energy levels soared during the much-anticipated dance competition, where children showcased their best moves and enjoyed expressing themselves through music and movement. The enthusiastic performances brought smiles and encouragement from peers and staff alike.

Throughout the day, a variety of indoor and outdoor games kept everyone engaged and active. These group activities continued to strengthen the new friendships formed over the week-long holiday scheme.

Arts and crafts remained a highlight with children creating stunning 3D flower vases, adding to their impressive collection of spring-themed projects. The creative exploration continued with the making of groovy spring flower paper necklaces, which the children proudly wore throughout the day.

A particularly popular activity was the creation of cool squishy sensory bottles, allowing children to experiment with different textures and materials while creating a calming sensory tool to take home.

The day, and indeed the entire Easter Holiday Scheme, concluded with an exhilarating Easter egg hunt. Children searched the school grounds with excitement and determination, discovering hidden treats and special prizes that made for a perfect ending to their holiday adventures.

As parents arrived for pickup, children eagerly shared stories of their experiences and proudly displayed their creations from the week. The Albion Primary School's Easter Holiday Scheme successfully provided five days of engagement, creativity, and joy for all participants, leaving everyone looking forward to the next school holiday program.
