Service for Armistice Day

This morning seven pupils represented Albion Primary School at the Service for Armistice Day at Bermondsey & Rotherhithe War Memorial, West Lane, SE16.

It was a special ceremony conducted by Canon Gary Jenkins and Led by The Mayor of Southwark Cllr. Sandra Rhule.

After the laying of wreaths, the pupils went to the local hall (Cherry Garden) and spoke with The Mayor of Southwark!

I enjoyed visiting the War Memorial, it was a very touching and heart warming experience.
